I BOUGHT MY BOOK, NOW WHAT?

If you purchased an eBook(s), you will receive an email from BookFunnel, my certified eBook distribution partner, shortly after you’ve finished checking out. That email will contain a link providing immediate online access to your eBook. If your BookFunnel email doesn't arrive within a couple minutes, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder. If you don’t find the email there, or you have any issues accessing your purchased eBook, go to https://bookfunnel.com/help/ for immediate assistance. (Note: Be sure to use the email address you supplied during the checkout process. Using the wrong email is the primary reason people have trouble accessing the eBooks they buy.) If you purchased a physical print book, you will receive an email with the tracking number when it ships (usually within two days).

I BOUGHT AN EBOOK. HOW DO I GET THE FILE TO MY EREADER?

I chose BookFunnel to deliver My books because they have amazingly responsive technical support. For help downloading your files, to the online page at BookFunnel https://bookfunnel.com/help/ where you’ll find instructions on how to download your eBook or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

I recommend you check your personal library BEFORE you buy to ensure you don’t own the book already. However, I realize mistakes happen! In the event of a duplicate purchase, please email tracy@tracysolheim.com with proof of your prior purchase and we will offer you the choice of another book or a full refund. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds once you have downloaded the book from BookFunnel, however.
